Drip Genie Refund Policy
At Drip Genie, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality mobile IV therapy and wellness services. Due to the personalized nature of our treatments and medical supplies, the following refund policy applies:
Appointments

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full appointment amount.
Refunds

Once an IV therapy, injection, or wellness treatment has been administered, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds will not be provided if a client is dissatisfied with the perceived effectiveness of a treatment, as individual results vary.

If Drip Genie is unable to provide the scheduled service due to provider availability or another issue on our end, the client may choose either:

A full refund, or

To reschedule the appointment at no additional charge.

Medical Eligibility

If a client is determined to be medically ineligible for treatment before services begin, any payment made for the treatment will be refunded, excluding any applicable consultation, travel, or processing fees disclosed at the time of booking.
Memberships and Packages (If Applicable)

Membership fees and treatment packages are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Unused treatments may be subject to expiration 3 months after purchase.
Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Drip Genie within 7 days of the transaction. We will promptly review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.
